The overall philosophy of Mercy Centre is that we are a nonsectarian program recognizing the rights of all human beings, which are the rights of individuals with special needs. Our goal is to help to develop the full potential of each person that we serve morally, physically, cognitively, emotionally, educationally, socially and vocationally.

We believe that by providing comprehensive educational and employment training opportunities for people with developmental disabilities, mental retardation, sensory impairments, and/or physical challenges combined with attentional, communication, motor, medical, and/or behavioral involvement, we are empowering them to reach this goal.
